I had a great stay at the hotel with spacious and clean rooms, friendly and professional service, and a location that can't be beaten. The dining options were a bit limited, and the facilities could use some updates.

The hotel's location on Biscayne Blvd was perfect for my needs, being close to where I needed to renew my passport. The large balcony that ran the length of 2 bedrooms and the living room area was a great feature, although located on the 8th floor which might not be considered very high.

The hotel couldn't hold the guests we had paid for, and the rooms were old with air conditioning noise making sleeping impossible. However, I found a balcony door that was open, and the shower head had water spraying out the sides when turned on.
