My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable, which was great. However, the front desk was unorganized, the ice machines had mold build-up, and there were not enough towels. Despite the comfy rooms, the noise from the bar was still audible even with the TV and A/C on. Nevertheless, I was impressed by the size and cleanliness of the rooms.

The service was friendly and fast, which I appreciated for an early morning flight. However, I did notice some staff members were not very effective or efficient in their roles. The assistance provided for parking arrangements was a nice touch.

The service set a negative tone for our trip due to unhelpful staff interactions. The location is very convenient despite the lack of empathy, and dining options need improvement. Overall, the facilities are in need of upgrades.
