The Durley Grange, Bournemouth

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, although there were some issues with the wine service. The location is excellent, but noise disturbances can occur. The dining experience is of a very high standard, but timing could be improved. The rooms are comfortable, with a suggestion for bathroom amenities. A goody bag is a nice touch, but dry cleaning services could be better.

The hotel had a nice size room for the two of us with a well-appointed bathroom; however, it was not as modern as expected for the price paid. The service was exceptional with staff going above and beyond, making us feel welcome and valued. The location was ideal for exploring the city center and beach, although it needs some improvement. The dining experience was great with plenty of choices and catering to different dietary needs.

The service was exceptional with professional and polite staff, especially caring for my elderly mother during our stay. The location was convenient, with easy walking distance to Bournemouth's center and the beach. The dining experience had a good selection overall, but some dishes were overcooked and poorly handled.
