My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. The rooms were just okay, but definitely not worth the value. They smelled musty, and I found a big wad of hair under the covers when I pulled back the sheet after a 13-hour car journey. The service was a nightmare, as I couldn't get in touch with the manager to unlock my reserved King suite. The front desk staff seemed uninterested and even hung up on me when I needed information. The dining experience was a letdown, as they advertised breakfast but only offered simple snacks. The facilities were lacking, and overall, it wasn't a pleasant stay.
