I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-furnished, offering a nice size and very comfortable space. However, the smell of smoke was quite strong despite our request for a nonsmoking room. The service was professional for the most part, though there were moments where the staff could have been more customer service-oriented. The location was convenient, being close to where we needed to be, but it could use some updates. The dining experience was fine, and the amenities were satisfactory overall.
