The hotel offers a great view of Mexico City, but the room conditions were below par despite paying extra for included amenities and breakfast that took a while. The location is perfect for both leisure and business travelers, providing good access to various attractions. The dining experience exceeded expectations with delicious options, although the facilities may need improvement.

The rooms were below par and quite cold at around 17 degrees Celsius. Despite paying extra for bath robes, slippers, and toothbrushes as well as a lengthy wait for breakfast, the view of Mexico City was a plus.

The hotel was in a convenient location in Paseo de la Reforma, perfect for a quick trip to see the sites. The rooms were comfortable with plenty of space, but the overall condition of the hotel was run down and in need of renovation. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially during an evacuation due to an earthquake. The dining options on the 22nd floor exceeded expectations, offering a variety of food choices. The location was central, within walking distance of many top sights in the Reforma district.
