a mixed experience

the breakfast was fine (especially the coffee!).

the room was quite warm, and i couldn't figure out how to turn on the air conditioning. the bed felt too soft for my liking. i also had to wait over 30 minutes for the airport shuttle pickup even though i had confirmed my flight details beforehand.

the airport shuttle was very punctual, even at 4 a.m. early breakfast was available, which i really appreciated. the room was very clean. it was also close to the terminals. i found the location very convenient for my early morning flight.

the central air conditioning is programmed, managed, and set up from the reception. the control units in the rooms are useless. i had to request my preferred temperature.

the gym had adequate equipment for a basic workout. i noticed it included several treadmills and stationary bikes. the cleanliness was very evident throughout the premises.

the room was large. it was also well appointed. the bed was comfortable and i had all i needed for my overnight stay.

The dispensers were not full. the toilet paper reminded me of leftovers from previous guests. there was not a spare one available. i saw only 1 ml of shower gel left. That is not okay.
