Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
uncomfortable pillowsunpleasant smell
The pillows were quite uncomfortable, impacting my sleep. (I expect better for a 4-star hotel.) there was a noticeable unpleasant smell in the room upon arrival. I suspect it might be related to the carpet. Addressing these issues would greatly improve future stays.

airport shuttle
i found my room to be very clean. the airport shuttle was on time and super easy to book at reception. it dropped me off right at terminal 2 (between a and b). the check-in and check-out process was also fast and easy.
