The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms, although the blanket was thin and the heater wasn't working. It's clean and surprisingly quiet for its location just off the old Princess Highway. The service was friendly and helpful, making the stay enjoyable. The location, although not ideal for the guest's original plans, was convenient with great housekeeping. The dining experience was more than sufficient, although the pre-order option could be improved. The hotel facilities were adequate, providing a good base for the stay.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, although not perfect, were adequate but suffered from noise due to road proximity. It was unfortunate to have a noisy neighbor during my visit. However, the room had a good workspace setup. The service provided was a mixed bag; while some staff members were amazing and caring, others were not friendly at all. The dining experience fell short of expectations, with an average offering that didn't stand out. On the bright side, the facilities were more than sufficient for my stay.
