My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, while small, worked out fine for my daughter and myself during our two-night stay. The location was convenient, putting us close to the event we attended and surrounded by plenty of stores and restaurants. However, there were a few downsides, such as the noticeable noise from the 405 traffic, and a couple of instances where the room smelled like marijuana, which was quite off-putting.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were extremely quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. They were spotlessly clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The location was superb, right across from a mall with a grocery store and close to buses that take you to the beach. The ample parking was perfect for my moving truck, and the free wifi made my stay even more convenient. Highly recommend booking here, especially for last-minute plans.

During my stay at another hotel for seven nights with three other people, including breakfast, we experienced extremely good customer service. Although the staff did not wear uniforms and opted for jogging suits, they were very informal. The hotel offers services for moving trucks or buses and has over talks. There are shops and commercial services available, a welcome drink, pet amenities, and tours/ticket assistance.
