My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall, with some ups and downs. The location was fantastic, close to Darling Harbour and within walking distance of many attractions. The rooms could definitely use some improvement, especially with the noise from the poker machine room nearby. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to assist us. The dining experience was alright, but it took me a while to locate everything. Despite some flaws, the hotel offers good value for money.
