My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms were very nice, spacious, and full of light but unfortunately had some cleanliness issues like blood spatter stains. The service was excellent, with staff going the extra mile for breakfast, but there were some areas that needed improvement like being more flexible with special requests. The location was convenient, within walking distance to attractions, but had some minor maintenance issues. The dining experience was mediocre with limited options and timing issues. Despite the drawbacks, the facilities were generally good.

The hotel offers spacious rooms, slightly larger than usual, with a pullout sofa making it convenient for families. The service was exceptional, with friendly and accommodating staff. The location, although near the airport, might not suit everyone's taste.

The beds were comfortable, and the showers were tall-friendly, which is a big plus for me. The location was superb, being so close to the airport, making it convenient for an early flight. The service was impeccable; everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was friendly and professional. The dining experience was delightful, especially with the complimentary breakfast for Hyatt members. However, I found the pricing to be a bit on the higher side.
