I had a great stay at the hotel with very well-equipped and extremely comfy rooms, although the lack of heating made it a bit chilly at times. The spotless cleanliness was a big plus, especially for families traveling with kids.

The hotel rooms were a mixed bag - a little small but passable for a short stay, uncomfortably cold due to heating issues, yet nicely equipped with all necessities and surprisingly good for the price. The service was inconsistent, with new and hesitant staff at times, giving off a mixed first impression and feeling understaffed during peak hours. The location was slightly inconvenient for my needs but close to work, though I found some additional charges for parking and delivery services quite steep. The dining experience, while overall good, had some quirks like self-service and an odd humming employee. The facilities were basic but functional.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its lovely and modern rooms that were clean and had plenty of power outlets. The breakfast was yummy, and the bed was very comfortable. The service was friendly and helpful, with a particularly warm welcome from the Reception Staff. The location was ideal for the Heliport, offering a good room and breakfast. The dining experience was really nice, with a variety of options available, including a cooked buffet and continental choices.
