The hotel had very spacious and fresh rooms that were well-insulated, nicely furnished, and clean, although the noise from the relentless fan was a downside. The service was accommodating and top-notch, extending from the shuttle bus driver to the front desk clerk. The location was fantastic near the Calgary airport, but cleanliness could be improved. Dining was delicious with plenty of options, and the facilities were well-kept.

The hotel rooms were great-very comfortable, modern, with great lighting, comfy pillows, and a clean, big bathroom with Neutrogena amenities. The only downside was the lack of a fridge which would have been a nice bonus. The location was convenient with quick access to the highway for our trip north but was under construction during the stay. The service was exceptional, with a friendly and helpful staff, especially at the reception and dining areas. The dining experience was mixed with good enough food but also some bad experiences. Overall, a satisfying stay worth the value.

When we arrived, the room was dirty but once that was sorted out, it turned out to be spacious and very comfortable, perfect for me and my grandkids. The mini suites with a kitchen equipped with a stove top, full fridge, and microwave were a real plus. I loved having a sitting area, desk, and a king-size bed - excellent setup overall!
