My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient, near many restaurants in Plattsburgh NY, but the room was small and not very clean upon check-in. The service was welcoming and helpful, despite some stations closing. However, the dining experience was a disaster with various items unavailable, and the breakfast ending early. Overall, a mixed experience.
