I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, providing a quiet retreat. However, there was a small issue with the room payment process. The service was exceptional, offering superb bedding and quick assistance. The location was convenient, being within walking distance to great dining options and key attractions. The dining experience had mixed results, but the facilities were top-notch.

The service was amazingly friendly and helpful, although there were issues with billing accuracy and parking charges. The hotel room was smaller than expected based on the online images, but the bed was incredibly comfortable. The rooms were very large with huge, tall windows and well-appointed, feeling almost like their version of a Presidential suite.
