The Holiday Inn was a great stay overall. The rooms were clean, tidy, and air-conditioned, which was a relief with the hot weather outside. The service was very friendly and accommodating despite limited staff. The location was excellent, especially for access to various attractions. The dining experience offered delicious options, though on the pricey side. Facilities were well-maintained with welcoming amenities.

My stay at this hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were basic but clean, providing everything needed for a night or two's stay. It was a relief to have air conditioning, especially with the hot weather outside. The real star of the show was the price, which was very reasonable.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with a quiet and comfortable room offering a pretty clean environment. However, it was a bit stifling during breakfast. The location was perfect, close to various amenities and just a short walk from the city center. The dining experience was enjoyable with good coffee and a nice view of the Norwich City stadium. Overall, a good value for money choice.

I stayed on the 6th floor, which was very noisy due to the nearby air con units. The room could have been cleaner, as there was an empty toilet roll on the floor. It cost £10 extra to upgrade to a nice-sized room, but the overall decor is tired and needs updating.
