spacious room quiet room pillow selection early flights
the room was spacious and quiet. i liked the pillow selection. the location is unbeatable for early flights (super convenient!). customer service was excellent.

unreplenished minibar coffee request
the room was clean and had everything i needed.
i was disappointed upon discovering the minibar was not replenished. there were only three coffee sachets, and they were quickly used. i requested more coffee, but it never arrived. it was a letdown since i expected better service, especially given past stays.

The hotel offered very convenient access directly from the airport terminal. My room was spacious. I found the bed very comfortable for a good night's sleep.
I noticed the staff seemed apathetic at the front desk. I experienced noise in the hallways late at night. It was not conducive to resting after my flight.
