My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortable, but there was a slight issue with a gross smell nearby. However, the location was convenient for exploring attractions like Gulls Hockey and the zoo. The service was a mix of friendly and rude encounters, with the manager eventually stepping in to save the day. The dining options had good quality but at a limited value. The facilities were sufficient for my needs.

The service staff were very cordial overall, though we did encounter some extreme rudeness initially, which improved when the manager took over. However, the level of service was satisfactory in the end.

The hotel's location was pretty good, offering easy access to various attractions like Gulls Hockey, Padres Baseball, SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo, and Whale watching. Additionally, the harbor area provided pleasant walks and it was in walking distance of several great restaurants.
