The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the southern end of Winnipeg, with convenient access to various attractions like football games, The Forks, and live music venues. The rooms, equipped with a microwave, coffeemaker, and small fridge, were comfortable, although there were a couple of instances where they weren't cleaned promptly. The service provided by the attentive staff members, from the housekeeping team to the General Manager, was professional and efficient. However, there were occasional disruptions like unexpected room checks. The dining experience offered an excellent morning breakfast selection, but the vending machine items were overpriced. The hotel facilities were functional and served their purpose well.

The hotel staff were very on point, attentive, and friendly, catering to our every need and request. Though there was a cigarette smoke smell in the restaurant, the service from the front desk staff at check-in to the servers was excellent. The location is perfect for various activities in Winnipeg, and the dining experience, while decent and fresh, had slightly above average options. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and provided a comfortable stay.

The hotel rooms were fine, clean, and met our expectations. They were cozy and very quiet, offering nice amenities such as the bed, towels, fridge, and A/C that worked well. The service was good overall, with friendly staff who were extremely nice to us on our 25th Wedding Anniversary, although there was a missed opportunity with uncleaned areas. The location was average, allowing easy access to various areas of Winnipeg but lacking much within walking distance. The dining experience was quite good, with a decent selection of fresh options, and the facilities were satisfactory for our needs.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location is great, perfect for exploring the city. The rooms were spotless and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. However, the presence of unsupervised children made the atmosphere a bit unpleasant at times. Despite that, I would definitely consider staying here again.
