My stay at the hotel was quite the mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, while comfy and clean, were unfortunately close to the noisy elevators, making for a louder experience than necessary. On the bright side, the hotel's proximity to Medieval Times was a definite plus.

My stay at Homewood Suites was overall satisfying. The rooms, although on the smaller side with only three machines and a TV and couch adjacent to the bedroom, were impeccably clean. The service, despite a minor disturbance with a DND sign on my door not being honored, was exceptional, with a very accommodating and friendly staff always ready to assist. The location was incredibly convenient, especially for those visiting the UTSW medical campus, Market Center, and local businesses. While the dining options were excellent and a nice bonus, there were some issues with pressure for cash payment from another company. The facilities were well-equipped and maintained, enhancing the overall experience.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of surprising positives and a few drawbacks. The room I stayed in was absolutely amazing, exceeding all my expectations with its size and cleanliness, but unfortunately, it was close to the loud elevators, which made my market trip a bit miserable. The service was friendly and helpful, with Debra assisting me during check-out and Abby taking care of my bags. However, some staff members were not as welcoming. The location was convenient, being close to the medical center I needed to visit and just a short distance from downtown without being noisy. The dining experience was more than adequate, offering several choices, though it wasn't outstanding. Overall, my stay was enjoyable despite a few hiccups.
