My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious with one bed, but unfortunately, they smelled strongly like smoke and had an adjoining room we were not informed of. The service was somewhat accommodating under the circumstances but lacked professionalism and friendliness. The location was excellent, close to I-25 and quiet, although there were renovation activities. The dining experience was a bit of a mixed bag with great options but also some disappointments.

The hotel is like a perfect pit stop for us, with clean and comfortable rooms for my dog, but a bit dated. The staff, especially the front desk clerk, are amazingly kind and friendly. The location is convenient but a bit too close to the freeway. The dining, while convenient and with great value, could be improved. The overhaul of the hot tub is promising.
