The hotel staff were always eager to help and explain how to get around, especially Leslie, the waiter, and Carolina at the front desk. They made our transfers and taxi bookings seamless, even when we returned from Manuel Antonio. The location, although a bit shady at night, was a bonus for its proximity to the museums and central market area, making it easy to explore San Jose's attractions.

The rooms need some improvement, especially the shower which barely had any space to move. The smell of mixed food odors directly in the room was disappointing.
