I found the hotel to have a nice view overlooking the park, but the smoky corridor and the heat in the room were a bit uncomfortable. The walking space became limited when the sofa was converted to a bed, which was a downside.

The room had a clean view and a nice view to the park behind. It was hot inside, and I needed to use a fan. The sofa turning into a bed reduced the walking space.

The staff were friendly and punctual, making an effort to communicate with us despite the language barrier. They even used Google translate to assist us.

The hotel's location is perfect for transit passengers at Chitose Airport, being close to the airport and having easy access to the JR station. However, it needs major renovation to liven up the surroundings.

The dining experience was good with free massage chairs, coffee, and tea in the lobby. It felt welcoming and had a huge variety of options, offering good value for money.
