After staying at the hotel for 9 nights, I found the rooms to be quiet, spacious, very clean, and with a strong flow in the shower. The WiFi connection was solid. The service at Marbella could have been more proactive in providing information although they were kind enough to offer me a room on a lower level. The location was good, quite central with easy access to public transportation and convenience stores nearby. The dining experience at the restaurant was okay but could use an upgrade for better standards. Overall, my stay was comfortable and peaceful.

Staying at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The location was fantastic, close to convenience stores, malls, and restaurants in the lively Condesa-Roma neighborhood. The staff was friendly and efficient, providing valuable information for our sightseeing adventures. However, the dining options were limited, and additional fees were required for certain amenities.

The best thing about the hotel is definitely its prime location in the vibrant Condesa-Roma neighborhood, with plenty of lovely places to visit nearby. Being close to convenience stores, malls, and various dining options added to the convenience of our stay.

My stay was all in all ok at this 4-star hotel with a great view over the city. The rooms were spotless on arrival, but by the second night, it felt like the cleaning staff was cutting corners as I noticed a few black hairs still visible on the white ceramic floor.
