I found the hotel to be clean and modern, but it didn't have a window which was not the hotel's fault. The location is convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Central Station and the MRT, making it easy to explore Taipei. The service was satisfactory, but not exceedingly good, provided by the concierge and housekeeping staff. The dining options were decent, with eateries nearby the hotel, although nothing exceptional. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor inconveniences.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall, with clean and well-equipped rooms, but a bit tight for three adults. The service was excellent, with staff going above and beyond to help with our luggage.
