I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms offered a nice view but had harder mattresses. They were equipped with all needed facilities. However, the mattresses were a bit too firm for my liking. The service was excellent with convenient shuttle options available. The location was central, making it easy to get around Taipei. The dining experience was satisfactory with vegetarian options. Overall, the facilities were decent, although some improvements could be made.
