Hotel Riviera Fiumicino, Fiumicino

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were on the smaller side and not ideal for leisure activities, but the staff, especially Damianto, was friendly and helpful. The location was a bit out of the way but still close to the airport. The dining options left something to be desired, opening only until 10, but the facilities were decent overall.

Even though the hotel had some drawbacks like feeling hot in the room initially and not being handicapped accessible, the stay was made pleasant by the friendly and accommodating service. The location, being close to the airport and seafaring restaurants, offered convenience. The dining experience was enjoyable with fresh options, but the rooms felt dreary and prison-like.

The hotel had mixed aspects with a smelt of past smoking in the room, but it was ready and awesome clean, modern, very spacious with a wrap-around balcony offering gorgeous views. The service was very kind and helpful, especially the day porter who knew the history of our country and arranged a taxi for our early departure. The location was convenient for accessing the airport, but the surroundings were not that good. The dining experience was suitable for an early flight, although some items were not fresh. The facilities were adequate with a lukewarm yogurt and stale croissants.
