I stayed at this hotel located in Wan Chai on Hong Kong Island. The rooms were immaculately clean and well-maintained, but the view left much to be desired as it faced the neighbor's house. The daily housekeeping service was efficient, but I missed having extra amenities available. The location, though in a residential area, was convenient and not far from the next train station, making it easy to explore. Unfortunately, the staff did not seem very interested in providing good customer service, which was a downside. As for the dining experience, the hamburgers served were disappointing, and the facilities lacked any notable features beyond the basic offerings.
