I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were modern with nice views and a balcony, but they resembled a hospital room, and the price was a bit high. The service was fantastic and accommodating, especially offering to switch me to a renovated room. The location was great for both business and leisure travelers, with quick access to Hollywood and Santa Monica. The dining experience was excellent, with a variety of tasty options. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

My stay at the hotel was impressive overall. The rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, meeting my high cleanliness standards. The location was excellent, conveniently close to everything I needed. The service was exceptional, making my early arrival smooth and seamless, although the room service was a letdown in contrast to the rest of the experience.
