I had a wonderful time at this hotel! The rooms were super cool, clean, and fresh, making it the perfect retreat after a hot day in Cambodia. The pool area was a nice bonus, and overall, it offered great value for money, especially during the peak season. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again. Despite its close proximity to Pub Street and the downtown nightlife, it managed to maintain a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-lit, featuring convenient amenities like a refrigerator, a safe, plenty of sitting areas, and a lovely balcony overlooking the river.

The service was truly amazing with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They were accommodating and went out of their way to ensure I had a stress-free stay. The manager, David, was particularly kind and assisted me with tour arrangements beyond their standard services. It was a real pleasure to be looked after by such thoughtful individuals.

The location was perfect, offering a convenient setting within walking distance to Pub Street and the King's Road restaurants while still providing a peaceful retreat away from the noise. Additionally, it was heartwarming to know that the hotel supports local disadvantaged individuals by employing deaf/mute staff members, adding an extra layer of community engagement and support.

The dining experience was decent overall, with the option to have eggs cooked to your liking and a basic yet satisfactory breakfast spread. While some aspects could have been improved, such as the quality of certain dishes, there were plenty of fresh fruit options to enjoy.
