Laila Hotel Cdmx Reforma, Mexico City

The hotel has a great location, but the rooms aren't as modern as in the photos and there is no central heating, leading to discomfort due to the next door nightclub making it impossible to sleep. The service, however, is exceptional, with very attentive and helpful staff. The location is unbeatable, surrounded by top-tier establishments, but it needs a bit of improvement in cleanliness and service. The dining experience is satisfactory with a good variety of options, including complimentary high-standard breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and inviting, making me feel comfortable after long days out exploring. While there was some noise from the neighboring rooms due to shared doors and no heating, the overall experience was positive. The location was great for accessing tourist attractions, with excellent help from Fernando Hernandez to secure tickets to the Azteca stadium. The dining options were limited, with room for improvement, but the French pastries were a highlight.

The hotel has nice and clean rooms, but they are on the small side with cheap furniture. The service was super friendly and helpful, but there was a non-stop air conditioner compressor nearby. The location is excellent, with easy access to many attractions despite some noise issues. Dining was satisfactory with a highlight of good homemade marmalade. Overall, a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.
