My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant, but there were some areas that could use improvement. The rooms, though comfortable, lacked some essentials like enough fresh linen and a functioning shower rod. Despite this, the stay was decent, but I felt like for a slightly higher cost, the experience could have been better at a different hotel like the Omni.

I was pleased with the hotel's location, being fairly close to the Arboretum and convenient to NorthPark Mall and all of north Dallas. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the girl at the front desk.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms needed cleaning up and I had to switch to a different one, which turned out better. The absence of a fridge or microwave in the room was a downside. However, the service was the highlight, despite some hiccups like not getting my reservation right initially and receiving an early morning phone call to confirm my stay. The location was convenient for exploring north and central Dallas, with amenities nearby, but the entrance was a bit challenging. The dining options were satisfactory, especially the breakfast. The hotel facilities were sufficient for a comfortable stay, but there were room for improvement.
