I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was comfortable overall, but it lacked a microwave, and we had to wait quite a while to receive service after calling. The hotel's location was perfect for my needs, being downtown and near many San Jose sites, but the unwelcoming demeanor of the front desk staff was a downside.
