Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms offered a nice view for my grandson, I found the service lacking in honoring the group rate for check-in. The location was convenient for my needs, but the dining experience was just average.

Staying at this hotel was a pleasant surprise with an unexpected upgrade that I really appreciated. However, the rooms could use some renovation despite setting our AC to a continuous 60 degrees. The service was friendly and attentive overall, although there was a delay in getting my car at check out with no compensation offered. The location offered lovely views of KC and had great amenities, but some aspects were questionable. The dining experience met expectations for a large chain hotel, and the facilities were satisfactory.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right next to the convention center with spacious rooms and a wonderful breakfast. The rooms were clean and quiet, but there were a few minor issues with service and dining. Overall, a great place for our conference!
