I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The convenient amenities in the rooms and the included 'breakfast' were fantastic. However, the lack of service orientation was a downside, but the male staff member at the Oct night shift truly went above and beyond to accommodate our request for rooms overlooking the airport at no extra cost, earning full marks for that. Overall, a great experience with a few minor hiccups.
