The hotel is conveniently located near public transport, making it easy to explore the city. The room was comfortable with the exception of being on the ground floor near the kitchen, which made it a bit hot. The staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay. The dining experience was good overall, with a decent variety of options. The location was perfect with easy access to public transport and various dining choices nearby.

The hotel offers a nice view of several skyscrapers and the rooms, although not too large, are comfortable. The service provided was very friendly and helpful, especially Stefani. The location is excellent, right across from the Festhalle and near the Skyline Plaza. The dining experience was good despite the high cost for a single person. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were newly furnished and filled with light, making them very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the small outside terrace with tables. The proximity to the train station was great, offering fantastic value for the money.

The service was top-notch overall. While there was a slight misunderstanding with the alarm hour, the staff was incredibly polite and friendly. They even allowed us to check in early after a long flight, which was greatly appreciated.
