The hotel is super close to everything in Cairns and has an excellent location on the esplanade with friendly staff. The rooms were very small and not worth the price compared to other resorts in the area, but the staff was kind and organized room changes when needed. The dining experience was terrific, especially with seasonal dishes available, and the rooftop restaurant with ocean views was a lovely touch.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, despite being clean and new, felt a bit like a square box in the middle of the building with a view of nothing. However, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the location was unbeatable, just steps away from Cairns' dining precinct, lagoon, and park.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were amazing and beautiful, albeit a bit tiny. The service was extremely friendly and helpful, and they even upgraded me to a much better room with a view beyond my expectations. The location was central, offering a mesmerizing view of the city pool. The dining experience was excellent, especially enjoying my meal on the roof with a breathtaking view of Cairns Harbour.
