The Urban, Siem Reap

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The loft-like design of the rooms was lovely, with very comfortable beds and good storage space for all my belongings. The screened windows added a nice touch. The service at Urban was exceptional, with incredibly helpful staff who take pride in providing top-notch hospitality. The location was perfect, right in front of the night market and close to the major tourist hub of Siem Reap. The dining experience, although limited for vegans, was satisfactory. Overall, a great value for money option with some minor drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and comfortable with good storage space for my belongings and a nice cold air conditioning system. I enjoyed the Garden View and all the amenities available. The staff members, especially the new Manager who recently started managing 2 months ago, take pride in providing excellent service, making my accommodation experience at Urban exceptional.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious with good storage space and a nice loft-like design. They were very comfortable, and the cold air conditioning along with screened windows made it even more relaxing. The hotel is ideally located right outside the night market in the heart of Siem Reap, making it convenient to explore the major tourist hub. While the area was a bit noisy, it was still close to the vibrant night life and sights.
