The guest house offered a lovely stay with some positives like friendly service and an ideal location, but the room was very small for a family and not very clean. The grab-and-go breakfast was a bit disappointing due to limited options.

Despite the small size and outdated state, it was clean with a TV offering a few channels. The service was lacking, with issues such as broken light, dirty taps, unclean kettle, and overall lack of cleanliness. The location was convenient, close to major attractions, but the room lacked space and cleanliness. The dining experience was subpar, with no variety in breakfast options. However, the location was good and close to the seafront.

The hotel's location is its best asset, right behind Coral Island near the Tower, SeaLife, and Madame Tussauds. The rooms are extremely small, making it challenging to move around, especially for a family of 4. On the upside, the hotel is in a great location, although the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms leave much to be desired, which led to an unfortunate experience of being locked inside the room at one point.
