Oyo Flexistay Ambers Gatwick Aparthotel, Horley (Surrey)

The hotel was convenient for washing and drying clothes before continuing our journey. The room, though lacking a table/dressing table/desk, was comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff, particularly the amiable manager, were polite, friendly, and helpful. The location, ideal for Gatwick Airport, was easy to find, close to the airport, and greeted by a big smile. The dining experience was more like a fancy private room hostel, offering the flexibility to make toast anytime. The facilities included a very clean and well-equipped kitchen/dining area.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were a bit too bright at night, and mine felt more like a fridge across the hall, but on the bright side, it had a small size yet opened to a lovely patio. The staff was genuinely helpful and friendly, and the self-catering facilities were a nice touch, especially the anytime breakfast option.
