Hotel Panorama, Thessaloniki

I had a delightful stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms, breathtaking views from the restaurant, and exceptional service. However, some areas, like the dining experience, could use improvements.

The location was great for a New Year holiday, with breathtaking views over Thessaloniki, but it was far from the city center without a car. The service was lovely, although there were moments of rudeness while attending to guests. The dining options were satisfactory, but not as outstanding as described. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
