I had a great stay at the hotel with easy access to all the wonderful amenities and sights Zurich has to offer. The rooms were beautifully decorated and very comfortable, but it would have been nice to have a fully separate children's room without a public corridor in between. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist with restaurant bookings and recommendations. The location was central and convenient, just a short distance from the lake, tram stop, and Old Town. The dining experience was the weakest aspect of the stay, lacking variety and being expensive.
