The beautiful view straight towards the Opera House was a sight to behold, though the cleanliness in the room left something to be desired with a dirty lounge mirror and dust on shelves and books. The service was impeccable, with high quality and professionalism that I'd expect from a Park Hyatt. The location, especially if you get the right room overlooking the Opera House or the Harbour, was exceptional. The dining experience was nice but nothing extraordinary. The facilities were top-notch with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
