The hotel was as expected for the price, old, tired, and run down, at the back of the building. Rooms are not sound-proof at all as entire conversations from other guests could be clearly heard. Reception needs work.

The service was very broken and hard to communicate. Someone else checked in wrongly in my name, and housekeeping once left the door open after tidying up, luckily nothing was lost/stolen.

The hotel is like staying at a 4* hotel room with well-equipped kitchen facilities and a separate toilet. Rooms in progress in other areas are very good, and I would stay there again. The service was very helpful, although not great when trying to settle a baby. The location is a funny old spot right in the middle of a hectic intersection, which can make driving challenging at times. The dining experience was cheap and very basic. Overall, a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.
