I felt like royalty staying at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, with a huge bathroom that included a small sitting area, fridge, kettle, aircon, and a lovely balcony but they did not include slippers. The service was fantastic, especially from the owner, who went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The location was perfect for exploring Siem Reap, with easy access to local shops and a short tuk-tuk ride to pub street. The dining experience was good, though it could be a bit more organized. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Staying on the 3rd floor without elevators might be a bit of a hassle with luggage, but our room was spotlessly clean and spacious. The staff were prompt in addressing our complaints and very friendly, even decorating the bed with petals for my son's birthday. The location is in a quiet neighborhood, about a kilometer from restaurants and markets, making it both convenient and peaceful.
