My stay at the hotel was a mix of great experiences and a few downsides. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, providing a comfortable stay, though there were occasional disturbances from noise at odd hours. The service was a highlight with attentive staff, but there were delays with luggage assistance. The location was ideal for exploring The Kowloon side, offering easy access to attractions and dining options. The dining experience was generally good, with a variety of choices, although some aspects fell short of expectations.

The staff was very attentive and professional, offering excellent car service and assistance throughout my stay. Despite being friendly, the Bell Staff was slow in taking my luggage during checkout, requiring multiple reminders.
