Radisson Hotel Schaumburg, Schaumburg

My stay at the hotel was really nice overall. The rooms were upgraded, with firm king-sized beds, a bigger TV, and a luxurious 2-person whirlpool tub. The service had a small hiccup with the reservation but was still good. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and just a couple of miles from the Woodfield Mall. The dining experience was decent, and the facilities were satisfactory.

Although the facilities were satisfactory, the paid shuttle service stood out as an additional cost.
