My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms could have been a bit cleaner as there were some issues with the sheets and blankets, and no one serviced our room. On the bright side, the hotel is pet-friendly, which was a plus. The service was a letdown with an extra night charged to my card and some rude encounters. However, there were also instances of professional service. The location was decent, with easy access upon arrival and proximity to stores and a flea market, though housekeeping could be overwhelming. On the downside, the dining experience had its moments with a staff member behaving oddly outside a guest's room. Ultimately, the hotel is convenient for airport access and has a 24-hour Denny's nearby, but lacking in some essential provisions like tissue paper.
