My stay at the hotel was incredible! The rooms were quite big and well-equipped, offering a lot of space and comfortable beds, truly a great value for money. The carpet was a bit unpleasant, but overall, it felt like a cozy hotel room.

The hotel is conveniently located between Cairns City and the airport, making it very good for easy access to the beach, parks, and the city. The rooms were well appointed, comfortable, and spacious. The friendly staff go the extra mile to ensure a wonderful experience. However, the lack of an elevator to the 2nd floor before check-in could be inconvenient.

The hotel rooms were reasonably priced, clean, attractive, spacious, and comfortable with all the necessary facilities for our food allergies. However, we encountered some issues with water overflow from the shower and a leaking refrigerator.
